Routine cleanings include prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance (gum infection maintenance). Any extra cleanings are discounted per the plan. Patients with an active gum infection may be recommended two extra cleanings a year (four total), discounted per the plan. Membership is for uninsured patients of our practice only and is not insurance, pre-payment for future services, or a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
